Yersinia pestis biovar Orientalis str. F1991016
Y. pestis F1991016 (Orientalis genomovar 9) was isolated by Chinese plague experts during daily surveillance in Cangyuan county, Yunnan province, China (focus F, Figure 1) from Rattus flavipectus, and genomic DNA was provided by Dr. Ruifu Yang from the Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology, Academy of Military Medical Sciences, China.
